Local first-time filmmaker Sarav Chitambaram’s It’s My Life is a personal documentary exploring what it means to be South Asian and queer in the U.S. Through onscreen interviews, the filmmaker creates a first-of-its-kind dialogue between gay and straight South Asian communities in Massachusetts, bringing to light many of the issues faced by queer South Asians as a minority within a minority
Local filmmaker Sarav Chitambaram will be on hand for a q&a; following this screening of his debut documentary. Please note: tickets are only available at the door for this event (cash only).
